Opera Garnier

George Michael became the first contemporary pop artist to perform, as part of his Symphonica tour and in support of French AIDS charity Sidaction, at the Opera Garnier in Paris. The unique concert was followed by a Gala dinner and a charity auction.

Back on stage in Vienna

George resumed his Symphonica tour in Vienna, thanking the medical staff who treated him in 2011. He returned to the stage at Wiener Stadthalle where some 300 staff from Vienna’s General Hospital attended the show, after being given tickets as a thank you gift.

London 2012 Olympics

George took the stage at the London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony where he performed Freedom ’90 and White Light.
